The buildings are useful, built well, sustainable, well insulated, and structurally viable, with a unique curved design which creates incredible strength within the structure. A green roof supports biodiversity, and adds to the insulation of the building keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. 

The structural design and materials used within the ARC create an incredible sense of calm and inspiration for the people who use it. 

The buildings are built up off-site in Green Unit's Oxfordshire production facility and delivered to site almost complete for rapid installation and occupancy.
