Ecocalzer is a company founded by John Jairo Pizarro in Medellin, Colombia. They create eco-friendly footwear out of organic fibers and recycled rubber, PVC, and PET recipients. 

The company has its small production unit located in Comuna 13, a neighborhood that is currently surpassing social and economic challenges. What Ecocalzer needs to move forward is to strengthen its production unit and enhance its brand awareness within the country and the world to finally increase sales. 

The products are a great potential for Colombia and other countries where people believe in responsible consumerism.
