About Bridport Cohousing

Bridport Cohousing Community Land Trust is a group of people working to create an affordable cohousing neighbourhood in Bridport. They own a beautiful 7-acre site on the edge of town and have full planning permissions. Development funding and construction contracts were in place to start building infrastructure in the summer of 2020. They are currently fundraising for their community building.

Bridport Cohousing is now offering homes for sale off plan. They are currently looking for local young families and first time buyers, as some of our shared ownership homes is available by purchasing between 30% and 75% of the open market value of the home, with rent paid on the balance.
