Gorukana is an organizational commitment to the Soliga Tribal Community development. It is hence launched as a sustainable community based Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Centre which drives all its revenue towards tribal development projects initiated and implemented by Vivekananda Girijana Kalyana Kendra and nature conservation activities. In order to empower skilled labor and a sustainable livelihood for the Soliga natives, a selected few from the community are trained in the aspects of hospitality division and engaged as an existing staff at Gorukana.
