Alvan Blanch MDF 6000 Mobile Continuous Double Flow Drier

Award winning agricultural machinery manufacturer, Alvan Blanch has developed a new range of self-contained drying systems based on Alvan Blanch’s proven and best selling double flow (DF) driers. 

A viable alternative to the traditional mobile batch drier, the DF6000 and DF9000 require no special buildings or permanent service connections, yet are simple to set up and versatile in operation. 

Using the proven technology of the DF system, these mini driers offer farmers best use of available space, yet provide features more usually associated with conventional static systems. 

These systems are truly ‘plug and play’. The unit can be moved into position, set up and connected to services, and be put straight into service – all on the same day. 

A receiving hopper and trailer-sized buffer silo allow immediate emptying during transfer from the field, enabling a quick return to avoid breaks in harvesting. Continuous operation, largely unmanned, reinforces the minimal labour requirement. Both models are capable of handling any grain and any moisture content. Further flexibility is afforded through a choice of energy sources: diesel, LPG or kerosene.
